How does your company actually find and track PII? I'm curious what the reality looks like outside of vendor marketing. If someone asks: "Show me everywhere we store emails, phone numbers, names, credit cards, national IDs, etc." How do you answer? Commercial tools? Internal scripts? Data catalog? Manual process?
