Posting this hoping someone’s been where we are. We built our SaaS from the scratch and the clients we’ve landed actually stick around and pay, We’ve got a couple of state-run universities on it. So the product holds up once people are in. The issue is everyone who hasn’t tried it yet. Cold outreach just hasn’t worked.
