ok so I keep going back and forth on this and want some real opinions, not just "do both lol" every single founder on my feed right now is doing the personal brand thing, twitter threads, "building in public" posts, the whole behind-the-scenes vibe. and I get why, it clearly works for some people. but it also feels like everyone's doing it at once, which makes me wonder if it's actually still effective or if it's just noise at this point. meanwhile nobody really talks abo...
