I have one SaaS i built a year ago that does a little under 10k a month and its growing quite steadily but there are aspects of it that are very labour intensive which i find hard to sustain. (lots of in person meeting/conversations - which was how i got my first users. I'd like this next project to avoid in person user acquisitions). I want to move into pure SaaS but have no idea how to find users or or communities that would be interested in what i'm making. How did you find your first pool...
