Hey r/SaaS , 3 months into my first saas, 6 signups, 0 paying users. Starting to feel like this idea just isn't it. if i start over with something new, should i validate before building, or build a rough mvp first and validate off that? or do i need real conversations with people instead? Also for getting the first 100 users, is reddit/x posting actually enough or do i need to be doing something more than that? Anyone with experience on this, would appreciate hearing your take. ...
