My ChatGPT Pro subscription appears to have lost its entitlement. The issue first appeared in the Codex app with the error: The 'gpt-5.6-sol' model is not supported when using Codex with a ChatGPT account. Shortly afterward, my ChatGPT account started showing “ChatGPT Free” even though my billing page shows my Pro subscription as Paid. My account email and billing email are the same.
