I'm making this post solely because I hate Twilio so much. - They charge so much for their messaging you'd think it would be premium service (its not) - They have absolutely no customer service, and instead they have literal automated email templates that get sent when you open a support ticket - They upcharge you for trying to contact a HUMAN BEING for support - Their interface and UI sucks so bad oh my god.
