Hey everyone, I'm a developer and I got hit with a ChatGPT Pro account ban on August 17. No warning, just an email from trustandsafety@tm.openai.com saying I violated their Terms of Service. I filed an appeal right away, both through their form and by replying to the email. A few hours later I got a final response saying they're upholding the ban and they won't consider any more appeals.
