Ask HN: What agentic AI ad optimization tool do you use?

Question is specifically for GTM engineers and performance marketers. Curious if any agentic AI ad optimization tools have actually worked for you? I tried PMax on Google Ads and our sign ups increased but pipeline didn't move (most sign ups weren't relevant audience). I am evaluating Factors and Pixis. Curious what else should I look at? Show HN: MetrIQ – An AI fitness coach who supports you

metrIQ started as a spreadsheet for my own training. The numbers were fine, but a spreadsheet never tells you anything — it just holds what you typed. So I switched to asking ChatGPT. It could explain things, but it forgot my history, answered the same question differently on different days, couldn't give me the stats I wanted, and buried it all in generic advice. I wanted a coach who remembered me. So I built my own. The first version was a rough thing in Lovable, mostly because I wanted an exc...

We built a self-hostable agentic AI + BI platform — agents, multi-agent swarms, RAG, dashboards, notebooks, all on your own keys

I've spent the past several months building an agentic AI platform, and the thing that ate the most time wasn't prompting or orchestration. It was permissions. A realistic setup has an agent framework, a BI tool, and something for notebooks. Each has its own notion of who may read what. So a rule as simple as "this agent can only see these three tables" gets implemented three times, in three shapes, and drifts apart the moment someone changes one. Nobody notices until an agen...

Anyone else hitting a wall with the "Day 2" side of shipping AI agents?

For the last six months, our team was completely focused on agent logic, testing prompts, trying out different multi-agent frameworks and building nice flow charts in Python. Everything looked great in local demos and leadership was thrilled but as soon as we tried pushing these agents into actual production for client-facing workflows, the real pain started and it had almost nothing to do with the LLMs themselves. The bottleneck shifted overnight from "how do we build this agent" to...

Show HN: CogniKernel; AI Coding with cross session and cross platform memory

Last week I posted about launching the project I've been working since some time CogniKernel. Since then the project has been cloned almost 600 times, this showed me the use case was real and people might really need this tool as it comes at no extra cost and just integrates into your claude code and codex smoothly. To reduce the headache of cloning now I have added the project as PyPi package so now it's just a terminal pip install command away as mentioned in the readme on GitHub. It has been ...

AI the Singularity and where we are

So in a back and forth with Fable over how it was strictly applying a textual interpretation when the reality based facts and outcomes proved otherwise, it came to the following conclusion. I think it sums up the state of AI, the singularity talk, and where things really are extremely eloquently. "Which is, maybe, the working arrangement at its truest: I hold the record so you can trust it without re-checking, and you hold the reality so I don't mistake the record for it. Tonight the second half...

Show HN: Mustuse.ai – Open-source automated ranking system run by agents

Hi HN, MustUse.ai is an open-source framework for building ranking sites that Codex agents can fully research and maintain automatically. Friends often ask me which AI tools they should use for different tasks. I wanted a ranking I could trust and point them to, but many of the lists I found were full of ads, affiliate incentives, or sponsored placements. I didn’t want to maintain yet another directory by hand, either. So I started wondering whether Codex could research the market, produce the r...

Show HN: Magpie, a CLI to Turn Your AI Agent into a Bookkeeper

Hi HN, Annoucing the release of Magpie, a CLI tool which turns your AI agent into an expert bookkeeper, based on Jaybase. ( https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=48999936 ) As someone who owns a small, tech business, I have very simple books. somewhere between 10-30 transactions a month, a few depreciation line items, and a couple budgets to monitor. So it always bothered be that I was paying hundreds of dollars per year for software, and maybe a live bookeeper on top of that, just to keep these ...
