I released the tool I use to organize my music playlists (I still buy CDs and rip them). Very basic, no frills, it just creates, edit and exports file lists to .m3u files. My use case is maintaining playlists playable in a car audio, where paths must be relative to the playlist file. On playlist export, MEU remaps the paths relative to the playlist file.
