TL;DR: My ChatGPT Business Workspace 2 was fully prepaid through March 2027. It was deactivated on May 23, 2026, due to a failed charge after addition of a single, unauthorized "ghost" user. To reactivate, OpenAI asks for full annual payment for entire subscription for all 3 users, forcing me to forfeit my existing prepaid subscription without credit, and double-pay.
