hey guys, I released my desktop utility last month and got some 100+ downloads, low-traffic, and that was it. But then two days ago, I got a stripe notification that someone paid for my app which made me very happy: $8 per month. But here is the thing, the guy never opened the app again since I do not see any posthog events, and I do not see any difference in my Claude credits, that means guy never used it after paying 💀 I feel bad, should I refund?
