Just had a chat with some SMBs. Their entire knowledge base setup is just dumping 50+ raw docs into the AI. When a doc gets updated? They don't delete the old one. They just upload the new PDF and literally prompt: "This is the updated version of XXX, ignore the old one." Are people seriously doing this?
