Hey SaaS community, hope you're all doing good. My SaaS isn't doing well. I've run it for free over the past 2 years. Only 2 months back I completely re-did the whole thing and added pro while still keeping the free tier. But im getting very low retention. Although I've got my first subscriptions which felt very nice but I've burned alot of cash on it and im having a hard time keeping up. Should i call it? What am I doing wrong here?
