What’s one piece of business advice that turned out to be completely wrong for you?
I’ll start. For years I kept hearing “build it and they will come.” I spent way too much time improving the product before talking to enough customers. Looking back, even a mediocre product with consistent sales conversations would’ve been a better strategy. Curious what advice everyone else ignored (or followed) that ended up backfiring. submitted by /u/Reasonable_Wasabi_22 [link] [comments]
