[反馈] /api/topics/hot.json 更新了校验吗， rsshub 的请求都被拦截了
官方 rss 不支持 hot ，用了几年的 rsshub https://docs.rsshub.app/routes/v2ex 现在试了几个源都返回 FetchError: [GET] " https://www.v2ex.com/api/topics/hot.json ": 403 Forbidden
