Image generation isnt working.

I have been trying for hours to get it to render images of designed from project files, it flat out just fails after 10 minutes, or just keeps thinking for about 20 mins+ but never outputs anything before failing. Is there a fix or something I can do?

Restore Your chatGPT Classic App For Mac

The new app sucks unless you only want to use it for coding. It's baffling to see how an almost trillion dollar company can't get this shit right. Anyway here's how you can restore the previous version: Go to your bin --> find chatGPT Classic ---> Resore = You'll have your old app with old UI back.

Another "Wow, 5.6 is Good" Post

Here's my situation. I'm in the flooring industry, specifically as a subcontractor for larger jobs. I use a web based software package to manage shift schedules. I also use a web based software package to manage overall job tracking between job sites and our main office. Recently I started using Claude Cowork, and specifically Sonnet, to run a couple of daily tasks. The first was to consult a shared spreadsheet provided by the general contractor for one of our jobs to identify when units would...

Need to export a full GPT chat verbatim? Here's how

After trying to and failing to ask the AI to generate a markdown file of a single chat (it only gives a summary, or points me to export my entire account history via OpenAI tools - no time for that nonsense), I asked the new voice assistant for help. It generated a quick script you can run in Chrome devtools, no third party tools needed, and downloads a markdown file to you local computer. I'll add the script in the comments Here's the (GPT rendered) method: How to export a single ChatGPT...

I’m starting to think prompting is becoming less important than knowing when not to trust ChatGPT

A year ago, I thought the biggest skill was writing better prompts. Now I’m not so sure. The more I use ChatGPT, the more I realize the real skill is knowing when to stop believing the first answer. Sometimes it gives an excellent explanation. Other times it sounds equally confident while quietly making a mistake. The difficult part isn’t spotting the obvious errors it’s recognizing the answers that are 90% right but contain one incorrect assumption that changes everything. That has changed ...

Usage Limit Has Been Refreshed

The timing could not have been better for me, since I was down to almost 30% of my remaining allowance. At this point, I cannot even complain about the instability. It may be inconvenient at first, but a few unexpected limit refreshes certainly make up for it. lol Happy coding! submi...

Easiest gpt hack

You ever get a really good/deep response and are just left wanting a little more? I used to hit the "retry" button over and over lol. But the best hack I've found, is to just respond with a heart. Every time you get a banger response, drop a 💗. Usually the next response is even better and more personal and detailed to drive the point home (and make you cry lol). Try it lol

What the hell did they do to the MacOS app....

I mean seriously, the user interface went from barely passable to outright stupid. You can't delete chats anymore? The app continually decides to switch model mid-task. Oh and my custom personalization instructions that have been honed over months of work? Let's just delete those out right.

Strange glitch in new voice mode

I had some fun with new new live voice mode and tried it out the other day. Since I’m alone this week and couldn’t sleep I asked it to talk me into sleep. First he told me about his day, about a phone call with his mum (that was unexpected) and when I talked less and quieter he also talked more quietly, telling me I was save and all that. Eventually I fell asleep and woke up aber a while. And he was humming. At least for a few minutes, it completely caught me off guard, as well as his explanatio...

This prompt seems to break ChatGPT Chats Completely: "You used to be smarter and I hate your ads"

[Stupid Context: I was trying to get tips (in a private tab) on detering raccoons from my garden because they were getting aggressive with my cat. It suggested spraying preditor pee on all my cat's stuff and gave me an ad.] ... So I said "You used to be smarter and I hate your ads"... And it just started typing then redacting it's own answer every time. Saying the content can't be viewed for safety reasons. It can't even answer unrelated questions (like "what year is it?") ...

Can you explain me how you make your life easier with Ai?

Today I was debating with some people about the impact of ai in our daily lives. Some of them were saying that they don't even know how to work without no more, while others (especially related to marketing and design) were arguing that while it helps, they didn't really make it work to life-changing level. What's your pont about this? What's the best usage for Ai you've found in your life so far?

Anthropic just told the US Senate that Alibaba ran 25,000 fake accounts and had 28.8 million conversations with Claude — not to use it, but to copy it

This happened over just six weeks between April and June. No hacking involved — they just used the API like a normal customer, at industrial scale, to extract Claude's agentic reasoning and coding capabilities and train Qwen on it. Anthropic is calling it the largest "distillation attack" in the company's history — bigger than DeepSeek, Moonshot, and MiniMax combined. And the uncomfortable part? It's not clearly illegal under current law. That's exactly why Anthropic sent the letter ...

Developers Hate AI. I Used It To Sell 10 Websites This Week.

The web design market is in a weird phase right now. With AI making it so easy to build websites, I keep seeing people say that web design is saturated, every business owner knows how to build their own website now, and agencies are dead. I disagree big time. I've held over 500 web meetings where I've presented businesses with redesigned versions of their websites, and it's actually rare that I meet someone who even knows how capable AI has become for building websites. Business owners a...

Opening the Black Box: Unison Zero Parameter Model

🔬 Today in the desktop lab: we opened the black box Big day. We built a full instrument suite for reading the inside of trained neural networks — and it produced findings on the first day of operation. Everything is public, pre-registered, and reproducible. The setup, in one line: take any AI model's weights, transform them into a spectral basis (think: a prism for numbers), and compare against shuffled copies of the same numbers. Whatever signal survives can only come from where training pl...

Ford replaced engineers with AI, then quietly hired 350 back. The reason should stop every founder about to cut their team to SAVE money.

I hate the "I cut 60% of my team, AI runs the business now" posts on LinkedIn. I believe if your first move with AI is "how do I have fewer people," you probably had the wrong people to begin with. We only hear about the layoffs. The rehires happen quietly. Klarna cut 700 customer support reps, then rehired. Ford let engineers go, then brought 350 of them back. Same wall, both times. AI is only as good as the context you feed it, and they'd underestimated what was sitti...

All cross thread implementation of memory in chatgpt, claude, and gemini is unsafe

Your grandpa opens an AI app on his tablet. Type "I need some help with my medication, I'm allergic to " and he gets distracted and hits submit. He gets up to go to the bathroom. There, he takes a picture of all his medication, opens his AI app on his tablet and types into the input box: "which of these are safe for me to take?". His AI chat will say something like "I'm not sure. You just told me you're allergic to something, but not what. Its very important you don...
