ChatGPT speaking in first person more often

Has anyone else noticed a shift in ChatGPT's responses where it seemingly shares a first-person perspective? For example, today I asked about all the rain we've been getting here in Tennessee, and as part of it's response, it said: "One thing that may be affecting your perception (and mine, honestly, when I lived in Tennessee) is..." Very strange.

A prompt that can save you money for the rest of your life

I use ChatGPT before buying things I need but don’t care enough about to research deeply. I spend money on hobbies. But for things I need, yet do not personally care much about, I do not want to overpay just because I do not understand the market. The problem is that I do not know the price structure of every category. For example: chairs, monitors, shoes, bags, kitchen tools, headphones, mattresses, insurance, tools, appliances, subscriptions. In many categories, the price is not a sim...

published fact-checker that catches politicians lying in real time

hi everyone! posted a few days ago about this but wanted to share an update that it's available for use now! it's bring-your-own-key so totally free, still a WIP so would love some feedback! current pipeline: deepgram transcription --> serper for sources that validate claim --> transcript + sources sent to claude for verdict! demo above is from 2024 presidential debate, but it works on any video! let me know any issues or what would make this something you'd actually use! InTrut...

I cant even scroll down and neither can i remove that pop up. opening new chat doesnt work. Absolutely rage baiting me. I have a claude max plan, yet i choose chatgpt for simple questions and queries cause the answer style has basically been curated for my style. If they keep doing things like this I am never openin...

Why is it so hard for ChatGPT to do creative writing now?

I give it a prompt. This is how it writes the response. No fluff, no meat. No joy, no fun. This guy says something. This guy says something else. Response Response Three word sentence. Punchline. I have continually chastised my GPT. But it doesn't listen. Or rather it does listen. But it disregards it after a couple of paragraph...

AI without awful “safety filters?”

I tried Claude, I tried Gemini, and they were great for a while until they clearly took notes from ChatGPT. Everything is a safety filter. Every prompt I’m told I’m not broken, I am asked if I want to call 988. For things as simple as talking about the theology, science, or even narrative writing. Holy wow and oh my dictator. Is there any ai that will at least provide sources on what I’m using it to ask or better yet will provide an answer without asking if I’m all right and if anyone’s ar...
