I'm starting to do more AI consulting and realized there doesn't seem to be an equivalent of the standard "website handoff." If I build someone a web app, it's obvious what they get. I.e. source code, deployment docs, credentials, maybe monitoring. But if I build an AI feature, what should I actually leave the client with? Obviously the prompts and source code. But should they also get the eval dataset? Automated regression tests? Access to traces? Monitoring dashboards? Documentat...
