NetSuite is the king ERP in the mid-size business segment. They rule the segment. They treat customers like shit. Innovation is dead since Oracle bought them. It’s heavy and convoluted. Their best AI innovation thus far is a Claude MCP. SERIOUS alternatives are almost as bad (Microsoft & SAP).
