I’m more interested in what you actually did than the polished startup advice. Where did those first 10 customers come from? Did you cold DM them, find them on Reddit, message people on LinkedIn, ask friends, offer free access, or do something completely random? And what finally made someone say “yeah, I’ll pay for this” ?
