[Codex] 买了 Codex PLUS 但是不够用，能在 plus 账号用 CC SWITCH 接中转站的 API 然后使用吗？等额度刷新后继续用官方的 API
不知道这样搞会不会有问题，还是说开两个账号稳一点？
