[OpenAI] 国内开发者如何完成 OpenAI TAC (Trusted Access for Cyber)?
最近用 GPT 5.6 Sol Pro 分析 libvirt 的 bug 。
复现过程中，频繁的触发了 OpenAI 的 Cyber Security ，导致无法继续。
必须完成 TAC （ Trusted Access for Cyber ）才能继续。
