[宽带症候群] 关掉 IPv6、封禁 QUIC，到底是稳妥还是摆烂？
这么多年了，还有不少人会把 IPv6 关掉、直接封掉 QUIC 协议吗？
有人嫌 IPv6 路由绕路或 DNS 分流配置麻烦、UDP 流量容易触发运营商 QoS 限速，这么做省心不出乱子；也有人说这纯粹怕麻烦躲着新技术，纯属因噎废食。
