[程序员] Google Play 订阅的 GPT20 X 封号后退款成功，不过客服说这次是破例
如题，6 月订阅的美区 GPT20X ，7 月续费后几天被封号，期间没有收到过 cyber 警告。后续跟 Google 客服反馈后退款了，但对方表示这次退款是“one-time courtesy refund”，估计下次再封号就退不了了
