[Claude] 为什么 Claude 容易封号？ IDE 里的 Claude 有什么不一样？
想问下大家，为什么 Claude 比较容易封号？
现在 GitHub Copilot 、Kiro 、Cursor 、Windsurf 等 IDE 也都能用 Claude ，那直接用这些 IDE 里的 Claude ，和官方 Claude 有什么区别？
是接口、账号机制，还是模型使用限制不一样？
如果主要是用来写代码，大家更推荐直接用 Claude ，还是用 IDE 里的 Claude ？
