[Codex] 大家还用 superpowers 吗？ Codex plus 里面结束一个 worktree 合并回 main 并推送，就这个简单的任务自动调用 superpowers 消耗了 7%的 5h 额度
感觉有点用不起 superpowers 了，但是他的标准化的开发流程却让人在让 AI 写代码的时候很放心。
大家现在还在用 superpowers 吗？用其他的 spec skill ，还是直接裸的 codex 写代码？
