[OpenAI] 同账号，电脑 1 第一时间获取到 GPT-6，电脑 2 还是 GPT-5.6
如题，台式机客户端已经更新到最新了，现在选择 Default model 会只剩下 3 个 GPT-5.6 档位（ 6 的档位没显示），也没有单独的 GPT-6 模型选项；
已尝试过删掉.codex/models-cache.json, 完成 npm 升级 @ open-ai /codex@latest
现在有点迷茫
