[Apple] 请教各位，美区 ID 怎么续 Apple care
一直用的美区 ID ，之前注册的 PayPal 绑定了支付方式，所以一直可以正常使用。前几个月，PayPal 突然让上传证件，导致被封，所以现在就没有了支付方式。
前两天，买了一个英版的 iPhone ，原机主的 ac 即将到期，我想接着续，请教下，应该怎么续呢，如果我购买 app store 礼品卡可以扣款吗？
或者是，切回到国区 ID ，到期续费完成之后再切回来？抑或者新注册一个 PayPal ？
另外，如果有可以解封个人 PayPal 的方案，就最好啦
