[Claude] claude 把我的账号解封了，钱也退了
claude Pro 账号使用一年后续费，不到一个月，把我续费的账号封了，申诉后，时隔两个月，8-16 号给我解封了，钱也退了，按天扣除了一些费用；我另一个号就没那么幸运了，发邮件不给解封
